Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Zexr (“Service”) at zexr.app. By creating an account or using Zexr you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Zexr is a social-media growth tool for X (formerly Twitter) and Bluesky. It lets you draft, schedule, publish, automate, and analyze posts on those platforms, and provides AI-assisted writing and reply features. Features and limits depend on your subscription tier.

You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EEA) to create an account. You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for everything that happens under your account. Notify us immediately at security@zexr.app if you suspect unauthorized access.

You agree not to use Zexr to:

• Violate the Terms of Service or automation policies of X, Bluesky, or any platform connected through Zexr. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with each platform.
• Send spam, harass other users, or engage in coordinated inauthentic behavior. Mass auto-DM, follow churn, like sweeps, and engagement pods are prohibited and not supported.
• Distribute malware, phishing content, or content that infringes intellectual property, defames, or violates applicable law.
• Reverse engineer, scrape at scale, or attempt to bypass rate-limits, billing, or security controls of the Service.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules. Where a violation creates risk to other Zexr users or to a connected platform, we may act without prior notice.

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Stripe processes all payments; their terms additionally apply.

We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice; price changes do not apply retroactively to billing periods you have already paid for.

Zexr connects to X, Bluesky, and other third-party services on your behalf using OAuth. Your relationship with each platform is governed by that platform's terms. If a platform suspends or removes your account, Zexr cannot restore it. If a platform changes its API in a way that breaks a feature, we will work in good faith to adapt but cannot guarantee continued availability.

AI features (post generation, reply drafting, voice training, analytics summaries) are provided as productivity assistance. AI outputs may be inaccurate, biased, or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing every AI-generated output before sending or publishing it under your name. You own the outputs you generate through Zexr; we do not claim ownership of your content.

You retain ownership of content you upload, draft, or generate through Zexr. You grant Zexr a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, copy, and display your content solely to provide the Service.

You can close your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or terminate your account for material breach of these Terms, prolonged non-use, or to comply with legal obligations. Upon termination, scheduled posts and active automations stop and your data is deleted as described in our Privacy Policy.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zexr is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or account standing on a connected platform. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the amount you paid Zexr in the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or USD 100, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend and indemnify Zexr against any claim by a third party arising out of your content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Disputes will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
